About Us

At BEST Structure Preservations, we champion preservation over remediation and believe in being proactive instead of reactive.

Our Vision is to incorporate borates into the standard construction process to increase the lifecycle of wooden structures by establishing a novel wood protection and sustainable pest management system.

Our Mission is to bring about change and sustainably protect 100,000,000 square feet of new construction by 2035.

With over a combined 60 years of experience in the pest control and wood protection industry, we’ve seen firsthand how costly, toxic, and temporary today’s approach to structural damage from termites and decay can be—perhaps even designed that way to sustain corporate profits at the expense of families and the environment.

Lumber packages are one of the most expensive parts of new construction, and that lumber is not protected. Additionally, there are no insurance options offered to structure owners for wood destroying organisms, it’s widely accepted that wood based structures will get damaged by termites, fungi, decay, or rot over time.

As homeowners, surfers, fishermen, and stewards of nature, we knew there had to be a better way. That’s why BEST Structure Preservations was born.

Using a natural minerals mined off the floor of the Mojave Desert, we’ve adopted a time-tested wood protection system, used to preserve Native American totem poles, Civil War era ships, and utility poles.

We use nature to preserve nature and we empower homeowners, builders, and real estate investors to protect their structures the natural way and we stand behind our 15 Year Warranty for Treated Materials.

Is there any reason to not preserve your structural lumber?
